29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): Except as provided elsewhere in this section, the employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by one or more of the following: Guardrail systems; Safety net systems; or Personal fall protection systems, such as personal fall arrest, travel restraint, or positioning systems. a) Jobsite: 7800 Penrose Ferry Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19153 - On or about August 23, 2023, the employer did not ensure that each employee working from the roof of a commercial building with unprotected sides and edges, approximately 17 feet above ground level, were protected from falls by the use of a fall protection system.
