29 CFR 1910.147(c)(8): Lockout or tagout was not performed only by the authorized employees who are performing the servicing or maintenance: a) Worksite located at 2 Applegate Drive, Robbinsville Twp, NJ 08691: Managers, Supervisors, Foremen and Leads applied locks to machines while other employees serviced and cleaned those machines. The locks were not applied by the employees who were actually servicing and maintaining the machines. Violation occurred on or about August 20,2023. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
