29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds shall be fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as provided in this section. (a): On or about August 18, 2023, The employer did not ensure each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as required. Employees operating at approximately 20.7 feet or more above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level.
