29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3): When work was to be performed near overhead lines, the lines were not de-energized and grounded, nor were other protective measures provided before work was started. Where lines are to be de-energized, arrangements were not made with the person or organization that operates or controls the electric circuits involved to de-energize and ground them. a) On or about August 17, 2023, and times prior thereto, employees were exposed to electrical hazards while working near overhead power lines with 7,200 volts that were not de-energized and grounded prior to the work beginning.
