29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1) - Employees were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: Location - Rear Service Bays A) On or about 8/15/23, employees were exposed to escape hazards from an exit door that was secured using a bolt and hasp on the left-hand side of the rear service bays; employees trying to evacuate a smoke-filled room may be trapped at the exit door.
