29 CFR 1926.600(a)(6)(i): For lines rated 50kV or below, a minimum of 10 feet was not maintained between the energized line and the equipment: a) On or about August 9, 2023, an excavator operated by Harper Brothers Construction, LLC, the general contractor, was operated within 10 feet of overhead power lines carrying approximately 1.2kV of electricity, exposing R&A Boring LLC employees to electrocution hazards.
