29 CFR 1910.178(m)(5)(i): When a powered industrial truck is left unattended, load engaging means were not fully lowered: A) In warehouse by office, located at 121 Morgan Lakes Industrial Blvd, Pooler, GA: On or about July 26, 2023, the employer exposed employees to a laceration/puncture hazard, in that the forks of a Nissan forklift were left in the raised position when the forklift was left unattended.
