29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B):The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy. On or about July 22, 2023 and times prior to, at a commercial jobsite located at 7115 Clinton Drive, Houston, TX 77020, on blending line #10, ribbon auger blender, the employer's energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for blocking and securing the ribbon blender to control hazardous energy.
