29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i)(A): The periodic inspection shall be performed by an authorized employee other than the ones(s) utilizing the energy control procedure being inspected: Employees engaged in equipment servicing and maintenance activities at Kinney Manufacturing, LLC doing business as IntoMetal located at 3340 North 33rd Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, were exposed to caught-in hazards in that the employer failed to ensure hazardous energy control procedure inspection for the powder coat oven was performed by an authorized employee.
