29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7):Industrial trucks were not examined before being placed in service: Warehouse On or about July 20, 2023, employees operating a Yale Model GLC0030CENUAE077 propane powered forklift and a HELI DC20 Model 3BA20F electric powered pallet jack were not examining them for mechanical issues and defects before they were placed into service exposing employees to injury and death.
