29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): Surfaces. All surfaces shall be maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead. (a) Eastern Metal Recycling-Terminal, LLC located at 3 Industrial Drive, Sharon Hill, PA: On or about July 11, 2023, the employer did not ensure all surfaces were maintained from accumulations of lead. Wipe sample collected on the chair surface located in the lunch room resulted with 53.342 micrograms (ug) of lead.
