29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a. On or�about July 7, 2023,�at Bear Bayou #1 thread line, employees were�exposed to�caught-in hazards�while changing the jaws�on a�buck on unit without�the employer developing, documenting, and utilizing energy�control procedures. b. On or about July 4, 2023, at the Bear Bayou #1 heat treat area, employees were�exposed to�caught-by hazards�while performing�maintenance and�servicing work�on a�sizer without�the employer developing and utilizing energy�control procedures. c. On or about July 4, 2023, at the Bear Bayou #1 thread line, employees were�exposed to�struck-by hazards�while replacing a blade on a band�saw without�the employer developing and utilizing energy�control procedures.
