29 CFR 1910.307(b): Areas designated as hazardous (classified) locations under the Class and Zone system and areas designated under the Class and Division system established after August 13, 2007 were not properly documented: On or about June 29, 2023, the employer failed to document areas designated as hazardous locations in the degas area of the facility, including but not limited to line 3-2, when electrolyte, which is a flammable liquid that produces flammable vapors, is handled near electrical components.
