29 CFR 1910.178(l)(4)(ii)(E): Refresher training and observation. Refresher training in relevant topics shall be provided to the operator when: (E) A condition in the workplace changes in a manner that could affect safe operation of the truck. a) On and after April 23, 2023, The Kroger Cincinnati Fresh Center did not conduct refresher training after observations of powered industrial vehicle operators showed a continuous hazard of operators who exited powered industrial vehicles such as walkies before the vehicle stopped to pick perishables from the freezer area.
