International Timber & Veneer, LLC, on or about 4/28/23 and times prior thereto: employees periodically conducted service, maintenance, and repairs on equipment including but not limited to the Boiler. The energy control procedures developed by the employer for use during Shift and Personal Change conditions was not specific and/or require specific procedural steps, to ensure the continuity of protection between employees. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).
