29 CFR 1910.22(b): The employer did not ensure that each walking-working surface can support the maximum intended load for that surface. On or about April 17, 2023, and at times prior thereto, walking-working surfaces on the trailer ramp and wooden deck was not able to support the maximum intended load for that surface causing equipment to fall exposing employees to struck-by and crushing hazards.
