OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to inhalation hazards: 272 Plains Rd, Turner, Maine - On or about April 17, 2023, and times prior, employees were exposed to inhalation hazards when the employer failed to ensure employees required to use 3M, N95, elastomeric respirators were evaluated for medical clearance prior to use as listed in the use and care instructions included with each respirator purchase.
