29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation: (a) On or about March 29, 2023 and days prior, authorized employee training was not provided to building maintenance Technicians , and other authorized personnel in the recognition of hazardous energy sources, the type of energy sources and practices and methods required to safely deenergize machines/equipment, including but not limited to fluid delivery systems, HVAC systems, air compressor systems, hydraulic vehicle lifts, tire changing machines, forklifts, paint booths as well as other equipment and systems.
