29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how employee information and training will be met: a) Grounds Keeping Facility: On or about March 30, 2023 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to chemical hazards in that the employer did not maintain an adequate written hazard communication program where employees worked with chemicals such as but not limited to gasoline, bar and chain oil, and lubricants that described how the criteria specified in the standard for employee information and training will be met.
