29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) Paint Booth Area - On or about 3/09/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to respiratory hazards in that, employees required to wear 3M tight-fitting half face respirators while spray painting the project's parts when the written respiratory protection program was not developed, implement or used at the facility.
