29 CFR 1910.25(b)(1): The employer did not ensure that handrails, stair rail systems, and guardrail systems are provided in accordance with � 1910.28: On or about April 17, 2023, employees were exposed to fall hazards while using the crossovers/stairways on lines 9, 11, 13,14, and 15, and the employer did not ensure that handrails were installed on all open sides and landings were equipped with guardrails.
