29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(B): For electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized, the width of the working space in front of electrical equipment was less than the width of the equipment or 762 mm (30 inches), whichever was greater: At the worksite located at 1600 W 8th Street, Kansas City, Missouri: Employees were exposed to serious shock, burn, and or electrocution injuries when accessing electrical breaker panels. 1. Electrical breaker panels on the west wall in the build shop were blocked by a sander, hoses, and shelving. 2. The electrical breaker panel adjacent to the exterior dust collector was blocked by wood and materials. 3. The electrical breaker panel on the north wall of the build shop was blocked by tools such as a saw and a table. 4. The electrical breaker panel in the climate control room were blocked by tables.
