29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level shall be protected from falling to that lower level. The employer was failing to protect employee(s) from fall Injuries. This was most recently documented on or about February 15, 2023, at 3915 S. 210th Cir. Elkhorn, Nebraska. The employer failed to ensure that employee(s) were not exposed to fall hazards while conducting framing operations with a mobile scaffold over 11 feet above the ground without fall protection.
