29 CFR 1910.28(b)(15)(iii): Except as provided elsewhere in this section or by other subparts of this part, the employer did not ensure each employee on a walking-working surface 4 feet (1.2m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by a personal fall protection systems, such as personal fall arrest, travel restraint, or positioning systems: (a) On or about February 6, 2023, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from an eight (8) foot fall hazard while performing work on top of press five (5).
