29 CFR 1910.25(b)(3): The employer must ensure stairs have uniform riser heights and tread depths between landings: a) On or about January 27, 2023, to July 3, 2023, at an establishment located at 2099 Badgerland Drive in Green Bay, WI; the employer did not ensure that the riser heights were uniform from the bottom step of the staircase from the landing on the mezzanine leading to the catwalk above Receiving Pits A & B, exposing employees to trip and fall hazards. b) On or about January 27, 2023, to July 3, 2023, at an establishment located at 2099 Badgerland Drive in Green Bay, WI; the employer did not ensure that the riser heights and tread depths were uniform from the top step of the staircase to the landing on the mezzanine leading into the Titus Grinding Room, exposing employees to trip and fall hazards.
