29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1):Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: Location - 9 Myrtle Street, Waltham, MA 02453 (a) On or about 1/20/23, an exit route door leading from the warehouse office space to the exterior/front of the building, was secured to the outside. The door was not able to be opened without actively disengaging the locking mechanisms in use.
