29 CFR 1910.268(i)(1): Whenever there was exposure to possible high voltage electrical contact, the employer did not ensure that head protection is used by employees. (a) 2833 Kellysville Road, Princeton, WV: On January 11, 2023 an employee was working in proximity to overhead primary powerlines from an aerial lift, assisting in the lashing of a new fiber optics line. The employer did not ensure the employee utilized head protection, exposing them to possible high voltage electrical contact.
