29 CFR 1926.1412(e)(3): Information from monthly inspections was not documented and maintained by the employer: On or about January 9, 2023, at the job site, monthly inspections of two lattice boom cranes were not documented and maintained by the employer. The cranes were used to lift a bridge beam and exposed employees to struck-by hazards during crane operations.
