29 CFR 1910.140(c)(13)(i): Anchorages were not capable of supporting at least 5000 pounds (22.2 kN) for each employee attached. At the worksite located at 4747 East Mustard Way, Springfield MO, employees were exposed to fall hazards when employees were allowed to anchor their fall protection lanyards around the braces of the racking unit without ensuring the anchorage point would hold 5000 lbs for each employee attached. This was documented on or about 1-11-2023.
