29 CFR 1910.120(q)(6)(i): The employer did not provide training in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.120(q)(6)(i) through (q)(6)(v) for employees who participated in or were expected to participate in emergency response: a) On or about December 30, 2022, at 2745 East Burdick Expressway, Minot, ND, the employer failed to provide employees with awareness level training prior to instructing them to engage in clean-up operations following the spill of incompatible chemicals which together and created a hazardous atmosphere.
