29 CFR 1910.119(h)(3)(ii): The contract employer did not assure that each contract employee was instructed in the known fire, explosion, or toxic release hazards related to his/her job and the process, and the applicable provisions of the emergency action plan. Worksite at Home Market Foods in Norwood, MA: On or about December 19, 2022, the employer failed to assure that each contract employee was instructed in the known fire, explosion, or toxic release hazards and the applicable provisions of the emergency action plan related to using a scissors lift adjacent to ammonia refrigeration equipment to install a heater in the ammonia machine room.
