29 CFR 1910.1026(d)(1): The employer with a workplace or work operation covered by this standard did not determine the 8-hour time-weighted average exposure for each employee exposed to chromium (VI): On or about February 24, 2023, the employer failed to determine the 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA) exposure for each employee exposed to chromium (VI) when welding on stainless steel in the SST department of building #2 (8200 Tyler Blvd., Mentor, OH 44060). A welder in the MDS area of the SST department was exposed to an 8-hour time weighted average (TWA) of 8.6 �g/m3 for chromium (VI), approximately 1.725 times the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) of 5.0 �g/m3.
