29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1):The employer did not initiate and maintain accident prevention programs as necessary to comply with this part: a) 2180 New Castle Avenue, New Castle, DE 19720: On or about December 14, 2022, employees who worked on site to conduct framing operations were exposed to multiple hazards including but not limited to falls, burns, and struck by hazards which had not been identified due to a lack of an accident prevention program onsite.
