29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy. a) On or about December 10, 2022, at the axle line, employees were performing servicing and maintenance activities on the lift table comprised of components including, but not limited to a roller conveyor and Southworth LS lift table; and the energy control procedure did not have outlined steps for isolating all sources of hazardous energy.
