29 CFR 1910.107(b)(5)(i): Visible gauges or audible alarm or pressure activated devices were not installed to indicate or insure that the required air velocity is maintained: a) On or about November 29, 2022, the employer did not have a manometer in the tire cage spray paint booth that would ensure the air velocity was being maintained. b) On or about November 29, 2022, the employer did not have a manometer in the electrostatic spray paint booth that would ensure the air velocity was being maintained. b) On or about April 20, 2023, the employer did not ensure the installed manometer in the tire cage spray paint booth maintained an air velocity of 100 fpm. Air velocity measurements were taken at the face of the booth and averaged 95.5 fpm.
