29 CFR 1910.38(e) Training. An employer must designate and train employees to assist in a safe and orderly evacuation of other employees. (a) On or about, November 9, 2022, The employer failed to fully document its training of employees regarding the employer's policy found in its emergency response plan that the use of fire extinguishers to fight fires is strictly limited to minor, incipient stage fires, and all fires beyond the minor, incipient stage require evacuation. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
