29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(2)(i): Hepatitis B vaccination was not made available within 10 working days of initial assignment to all employee(s) with occupational exposure: (a)Housekeeping: On or about October 25, 2022, the employer did not offer each employee the Hepatitis B vaccinations. Housekeepers came in contact with blood and Other Potentially Infectious Materials (OPIM), such as a syringe, while cleaning guest rooms and were designated as potentially having exposure in the company's Bloodborne Pathogens Exposure Control Plan. (b)Guest Services Representatives/ Laundry: On or about October 25, 2022, the employer did not offer each employee the Hepatitis B vaccinations. Guest Services Representatives/ Laundry workers could potentially come into contact with blood and Other Potentially Infectious Materials (OPIM) when handling bedding and other laundry and are designated as potentially having exposure in the company's Bloodborne Pathogens Exposure Control Plan.
