29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: (a) North wall in shop - On or about October 25, 2022, the bench grinder, used to sharpen tools, had a work rest with 1/2 opening, exposing employees to a struck-by hazard.
