29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct an annual or more frequent inspection of the energy control procedure to ensure that the procedure and requirements of this standard were followed: a) In the die cast building, located at 7251 Zell Miller Parkways, Statesboro, GA 30458, on or about October 3, 2022, the employer exposed employees to caught-in, struck-by, and crushing hazards, in that the employer did not conduct annual or more frequent periodic inspections of the energy control procedures.
