29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. Jobsite - On or about September 14, 2022, the employer did not provide effective training to each employee exposed to fall hazards that enabled them to recognize the hazards of falling or the procedures to be followed to minimize those hazards. Employees exposed to falls of between approximately 9 and 20 feet were not utilizing fall protection and also installing lifelines by nailing through the rope and into the ridge beam in lieu of installing anchors.
