29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: In the production area at 21 Deer Park Drive, East Longmeadow, MA: On and before September 14, 2022, a written respiratory protection program addressing the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i)-(ix) was not established and implemented to ensure employee protection from respiratory exposure to hazardous materials. Employees are required to wear full face, elastomeric respirators while engaged in the spray application of Gel Coat, a styrene containing material. Employees are also required to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators while entering areas where Gel Coat has recently been applied.
