29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a.)Precision Compacted Components LLC, DBA APG-Sintered Metals-Wilcox- on or about 7/25/22 and times prior thereto: A specific written lockout/tagout procedure was not developed for the service and maintenance of equipment including but not limited to the gasbarre molding press #13. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
