29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: Fire extinguishers were not identified and accessible, in the following instances: a) Fire extinguisher, located on the left back wall of the kitchen, was not labeled. b) Fire extinguisher, located on the far back wall of the kitchen, was not labeled. c) Fire extinguisher, located in the left back wall of the storage room, was not labeled and it was blocked by a ladder and supplies.
