29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(1): Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of Methylene bisphenyl isocyanate (MDI) listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the ceiling concentration of 0.2 milligrams per cubic meter: (a) On or about August 02, 2022 - Vac-Form Department, an employee was exposed to an airborne concentration of Methylene Bisphenyl Isocyanate (MDI) at 1.7 milligrams per cubic meter of air (mg/m3), approximately 8 times the permissible exposure limit (PEL) of 0.2 mg/m3. The sampling was performed during one shift on September 22, 2022 for 15 minutes.
