29 CFR 1926.451(b)(7): On scaffolds where platforms were overlapped to create a long platform, the overlap did not occur only over supports, and/or was less than 12 inches (30 cm) when the platforms were not nailed together or otherwise restrained to prevent movement: La Marquesa Apartments: On or about July 7, 2022, and at times prior thereto, workers were exposed to a fall hazard over 10 feet to the ground below while working from a scaffold that had a platform extension that was not supported.
