29 CFR 1910.30(a)(1):(a) Fall hazards. (1) Before any employee is exposed to a fall hazard, the employer must provide training for each employee who uses personal fall protection systems or who is required to be trained as specified elsewhere in this subpart. Employers must ensure employees are trained in the requirements of this paragraph on or before May 17, 2017. a) 420 Corporate Blvd Newark, DE: On or about June 10, 2022, the employer did not ensure employees working from a height of approximately 15 feet above grade and were adequately trained in the recognition and avoidance of falls. The employees were exposed to an unprotected side and edge while receiving thermal system insulation.
