29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(ii): Prior to permitting an employee to operate a powered industrial truck (except for training purposes), the employer shall ensure that each operator has successfully completed the training required by this paragraph (l), except as permitted by paragraph (l)(5). On or about May 26, 2022, at an establishment located at N1340 County Road W, in Fremont, Wisconsin; in the Agronomy Building; the employer did not provide powered industrial vehicle training to employees prior to permitting an employee to operate exposing employees to struck-by, crushing, and falling hazards.
