29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) National Beef Packing Company, LLC, located at 189 West Bypass, Moultrie, GA, 31768, on or about June 2, 2022, the employer exposed employees to caught in hazards in that the employer did not provide written procedures for lockout tagout for employees performing maintenance.
