29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Installation and use. Listed or labeled equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling. On or about May 10, 2022, at an establishment located at 1102 Jefferson Street in Algoma, Wisconsin, in the Finishing Department near the 30-inch Rewinder; a) A Tripp-lite surge protector was zip tied to a support beam and not being used in accordance with the listing and labeling which required the box to be surface mounted, exposing employees to electrical shock hazards. b) A metal electrical box was not securely mounted in accordance with the listing and labeling which require the box to be surface mounted, exposing employees to electrical shock hazards.
