29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. a.) Gasbarre Products, Inc.; on or about 5/5/2022 and at times prior thereto, Materials including but not limited to a coolant hose and an air hose were stored in an aisleway in the North side of Bay 4. Employees were exposed to slip trip and fall hazards while walking through the area. b.) Gasbarre Products, Inc.; on or about 5/5/2022 and at times prior thereto, Isle ways in bay 4 were obstructed by debris and other material exposing employees to potential trip hazards while walking through bay 4 of the shop.
